Friendships Come     September 17, 2009

friendships come

shyly dressed oft times

arms encircle soul

perhaps sorely damaged

strength flowing between hearts

keeping cares away

ears bent close

willing to hear painful secrets

listening for sighs

speaking of lost dreams

wolds dimmed by tears

friendships come

wrapped in tee shirt

or coat of slate and silver

hidden beneath cloth cap

or under silken eyebrows

yet grace warmly glows

peace willing to enfold

beings tenderly sharing love
